appointment cancellation

If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, kindly notify us by phone on 01760 338933, or email (revive@energise-pentney.co.uk), within a minimum of 24 hours of your appointment time.

Gift vouchers may only be booked once; should you miss your appointment and fail to notify us, no alternative arrangements will be made to accommodate your appointment.

When booking via Fresha.com or by using the Fresha app, we require clients to enter a card when booking online and accept our Fair Policy, with 10% fee to cancel within 24 hours, and 30% no show fee.

revive spa days

Non-refundable deposits are required upon booking for Revive Spa Days, with 50% of the total price (including any food orders) due. The remaining 50% is due on completion of your visit. Should you wish to pay in full and in advance, you may.

spa day bookings of five or more people

Full payment due four weeks in advance. If booking can be accommodated with less than four weeks notice, full payment will be due immediately. Payment can be made by telephone by calling 01760 338933. Please advise us of any dietary requirements on booking. A cancellation fee of 50% if booking is cancelled within 14 days of event date will apply. Should you wish to amend your booking, please notify us by email (revive@energise-pentney.co.uk) as soon as possible. Other guests and members will have use of the facilities so please keep this in mind.
