The new luxury spa opened August 2009 and includes feature showers, herbal sauna, saunarium, salt vapour room, aromatherapy room, relaxation zone, outdoor heated vitality pool and gardens.

The fully qualified staff are both friendly and committed to making the energise experience a rewarding and enjoyable one. Energise Pentney Fitness and Spa Ltd has an expanding customer base, located in and around Swaffham and King's Lynn, including 16 year olds - 85 year olds in the gym, and as young as 4 months old for the pool.
