Well, January is nearly over - getting closer to the warmer weather at last. How are you getting on with those New Year's resolutions ? Do you make them every year? I've been cutting out carbs and trying to exercise a bit more. I'm bridesmaid at a wedding in April so want to get slimmer for that.

Well done Becky - getting started on a new regime is always the hardest thing. Whilst carbs can bloat you & some HIGH GI carbs like white bread, lots of starchy potatoes etc aren't good for you - you do need carbs for energy. As you are exercising aswell I would suggest introducing some into your diet. Remember carbs come in a number of forms - Veg,Fruit,Wholegrains,Rice. The best diet is one that is sustainable - the body needs a bit of everything.
You'll be in that dress in no time !!
