4 years ago today the doors opened for the 1st time. Wow hasn't time flown by. Big thank yous to all our members, past and present who have supported us. We are looking forward to 2012 - I've been thinking about hosting some outdoor classes once the weather allows. Is there anything in particular people would like to do?

Well, January is nearly over - getting closer to the warmer weather at last. How are you getting on with those New Year's resolutions ? Do you make them every year?
